Thanks is due to the now defunct Blockbuster for charging Reed Hastings $40 for his late return of *Apollo 13* back in 1998, and now, because of that everyone can stream an immeasurable number of titles straight into their homes. Netflix began producing in-house content back in 2012. With breakout hits like *Daredevil*, *Orange is the New Black*, and *House of Cards* it has become a studio unto itself.
