'Fortnite' Holiday Tree Locations Map: How to Beat the Christmas Challenge
Here's every known location in one handy map.
The 14 Days of Fortnite continues on with Day 8, which strangely has Fortnite: Battle Royale players dance near holiday trees two days after Christmas.
The Day 9 challenge unlocked Thursday morning alongside the Week 4 challenges, and the latest challenge is just as festive as the fly through five golden rings and the search waterside goose nests challenges. Specifically, players have to “dance in front of different holiday trees,” or as some might call them, Christmas trees.
There are many of these trees around the map, each bright green and standing at least three stories high, decked out in bright lights and ornaments with a llama on top. Many named locations on the map have them, especially those that have residential homes, but there are a few exceptions. All players need to do is dance relatively close to the tree to get credit for each one, so there really isn’t much that’s challenging here.
Because all of these locations are so spread out, there’s really no ideal method. It’s best to try finding vehicles like the Quadcrasher or the X-4 Stormwing to help visit multiple locations in a single match. As such, we suggest starting at Frosty Flights and grabbing a plane to fly north to the three nearby locations. That should offer a great start.
Unlike the regular challenges that last all season long, the 14 Days of Fortnite challenges and their rewards will be available for a limited amount of time. According to the in-game menu, the 14th challenge unlocks on January 1 and they’re all bound to disappear soon after that, so if players want this particular reward, they have to really focus over the next few days to dance in front of enough trees.
So expect a wide variety of challenges and LTM between now and the end of the holiday season.
