Watch Us Stream 'Destiny 2: Forsaken' for a Chance to Win a Free Copy

Here's how to get your hands on the game's biggest expansion yet.

Bungie

It’s been a week since Destiny 2: Forsaken first launched and we still can’t stop talking about the latest (and greatest) update to Bungie’s online-only first-person-shooter. So, to celebrate, Inverse is taking a break from our usually scheduled Fortnite streaming to bring you a look at “Forsaken.” Even better, we’re giving away a free download code to one lucky fan.

For a chance to win a digital copy of Destiny 2: Forsaken all you have to do is follow Inverse on Twitch and leave a comment during our stream later today. We’ll be playing from around 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern — that’s plenty of time to drop in, watch some Destiny 2, and leave a (friendly) comment.

If you’re just hearing about Destiny 2: Forsaken, the game’s latest update adds a new multiplayer mode called Gambit that mixes player-vs-player and player-vs-environment elements in a way only Destiny can. There’s also a brand new campaign, new weapons (including a bow and arrow), and new subclasses with new supers.

For tonight’s stream, we’ll be focusing on Gambit, which bucks the current battle royale trend for something definitively Destiny. Two teams of four face off on separate maps as they race to kill computer-controlled enemies and unlock a final Primeval boss. However, you can also send special Blocker monsters to mess with your opponents. Or travel through a portal that opens periodically to take on the enemy yourself.

We’ll also be joined by a couple of special guests later in the stream. So be sure to stick around. See you soon, Guardians.
