John Wick has officially come to Fortnite: Battle Royale. The game’s Season 9, Week 2 update includes a limited time mode (LTM) crossover event for John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum that brings a special Wick’s Bounty game mode, a John Wick skin, and more.
The event isn’t a huge surprise. Fortnite previously added in Wick’s house from the first movie as part of the Season 9 update, and dataminers quickly uncovered the new skin. However, it’s still pretty exciting.
Here’s everything you need to know from the John Wick Fortnite bundle price to game rules to photos of all the John Wick cosmetics.
How to Get the John Wick Skin in ‘Fortnite’
As far as we can tell, the only way to get the John Wick skin is to buy it in the Fortnite Item Store. For 2000 V-Bucks (roughly $20) you’ll get to cosplay as Keanu Reeves in Fortnite. Along with the skin, you can also buy a bunch other Wick-related items, including a black backpack (back bling), a black umbrella (glider), and a sledgehammer-style pickaxe. Unfortunately, neither Wick’s dog from the first movie nor Halle Berry’s attack dogs from John Wick 3 are included as a new pet in Fortnite.
Is it worth the price? That’s up to you, but if you always wished that original John Wick-inspired Reaper skin looked a little more realistic, this is your chance.
How to Play the Fortnite LTM Wick’s Bounty
Aside from these new items, the crossover event introduces a special mode called Wick’s Bounty that brings the assassin world of John Wick to Fortnite.
Wick’s Bounty pits you and your squad against a bunch of other teams as you race to collect gold coins by killing other players. The first to get 500 coins wins, but getting too many will put you on the leaderboard and make your location visible on the map to everyone else. So the best strategy may be to take things slow and try to kill whoever is about to win.
You’ll start each match with a Tactical AR and Combat Shotgun plus some ammo. You also get three lives per match.
Here’s Fortnite’s official description of the
The High Table has opened a new contract. It’s up to you to collect the bounty. Stay alive and collect gold tokens by eliminating the other bounty hunters. The first one to fulfill the order wins, but be careful how far ahead you get, as you will become a target for everyone else.
How to Beat Fortnite’s John Wick Challenges
Finally, here’s a full list of special John Wick-related challenges currently available in Fortnite:
- Win a match of Wick’s Bounty (1)
- Play matches of Wick’s Bounty (5)
- Collect Gold Coins (120)
- Collect Gold Coins in a single match (20)

Beating the last four will get your 500 XP each, finishing all six unlocks that special John Wick back bling, and playing five rounds nets you the black weapon wrap. Finally, winning a round of Wick’s Bounty will unlock his black umbrella glider.
