After weeks of anticipation about when Avengers: Endgame tickets might finally go on sale, it looks like the wait will soon be over. ComicBook.com reported Sunday, based on information from unnamed inside sources, that tickets would release Tuesday, April 2. This remains unconfirmed, but there’s no reason to doubt it, as we’re getting very close to the actual release date.

Last week, unofficial announcements about the final Endgame runtime made it seem like ticket sales were imminent, reinforcing our previous theory based on a leak indicating they’d go on sale April 2. That seems to be the case now.
Ticketing websites like amctheaters.com and Fandango already have the finalized showtimes listed for various theaters, but none of them are available for purchase just yet. In each case, there’s a note saying something like, “Tickets coming soon. Be sure to check back later!” There’s no official time frame listed, but that’s a good sign sales will go live very soon.
What’s really challenging is figuring out a more precise time about when these tickets are going on sale.
Some people on Twitter are saying 8 a.m. Eastern. Others are saying 10 a.m. Eastern. Chances seem pretty high, however, that both of these people are totally wrong. They published these tweets on April Fools’ Day. Trust no one!
When Avengers: Infinity War tickets went on sale on March 16, 2018, it happened at 9 a.m. Eastern, so that’s probably the most likely time it’ll happen on Tuesday — if it happens at all.
There’s no way to know for sure when tickets will go live tomorrow, but it does seem like it’ll happen sometime in the morning as opposed to the afternoon or evening. For anyone who’s truly desperate, maybe just keep hitting refresh on the Endgame page at whatever ticketing service you prefer starting at 8 a.m. — and don’t rest until you have those tickets!
Avengers: Endgame will be released in theaters April 26, 2019.
