'Avengers 4' Leaks: Please Let This Shirtless Thanos Concept Art Be Real

Break the internet, Thanos.

Thanos might be responsible for the death of half the universe (including your faves like Spider-Man and Black Panther), but he’s also undeniably hot — at least according to pretty much everyone on the internet. So what if we told you that Thanos might get even hotter in Avengers 4?

Over the weekend, Twitter user @akaspidey shared several images from the official Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War - The Art of the Movie coffee table book. The pictures in question show concept art for Thanos in a variety of outfits that never made it into the final film. Most importantly, they show a muscle-clad shirtless Mad Titan.

Just imagine Thanos snapping Loki’s neck, beating the Hulk in a one-on-one brawl, or breaking off a piece of Iron Man’s suit and using it to stab Tony Stark in the stomach, all while shirtless. It gives “Break the internet” a whole new meaning.

There’s plenty of interesting details in these images, including one concept for what looks like biker Thanos and another that even shows him wearing Loki’s jacket. But there’s no denying that one set of images stand above all the rest:

This Thanos concept art was presumably created ahead of Avengers: Infinity War, but it’s certainly possible we could see some of these looks in Avengers 4. After all, now that he’s accomplished his goals, who knows what Thanos will do (and what he’ll wear while doing it).

For even more Avengers: Infinity War concept art, check out @akaspidey’s Twitter account or just buy the book on Amazon. It’s got awesome art of all your favorite heroes, including these images of Thor, which appear to show him in the rumored white suits from Avengers 4. Spoiler alert!

Avengers 4 hits theaters on May 3, 2019.
