Everyone’s favorite crew of ragtag nerds in Hawkins, Indiana, could definitely benefit from a little attitude in their midst. Luckily, it sounds like the kids will make the perfect new friend for that in Stranger Things Season 2.

The Stranger Things boys — that is, Finn Wolfhard (Mike Wheeler), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair), and Noah Schnapp (Will Byers) — are NYLON Guys magazine’s September cover story, which published Wednesday. They couldn’t reveal too much about the hit show’s highly anticipated second season, but they did drop a little bit more information about one of the show’s new actors, Sadie Sink, and her character, Max.

“She’s a skater, sort of a punk girl, and she slowly becomes part of the group,” Wolfhard said, which is more detail about Max than ever given before.

The Duffers also revealed that Eleven actor Millie Bobby Brown was, understandably, “relieved” to have another girl on set after having been stuck with the boys for the first season. So, it seems that Sink made her way into the group both on and off camera.
