Bill Nye’s new Netflix show, Bill Nye Saves the World, drops on Earth Day 2017 on April 21, and this weekend we got a first look at the new theme song by none other than rapper and Bill Nye fan Tyler, The Creator.

For anyone who grew up watching Nye’s Saturday morning show, you’ll be glad to know that the new theme song is a banger and very much a hat tip to the old theme song from Bill Nye the Science Guy.

In a video on the Facebook page for Bill Nye Saves the World, Tyler, The Creator spoke with the Science Guy about the new song as well as the rapper’s lifelong love of the show.

“My favorite part was the location. It was always like this random — you never really knew where the wall ended, and I always thought that was tight,” says Tyler. Nye is visibly thrilled at this.

“That was the whole idea! That was the whole idea: that the world is the laboratory. Come with us. We’re having the coolest time because we’re in the world,” responds Nye. “That was the premise! You got it. God I love you, man!”

There’s clearly chemistry between the two — if you’ll pardon the pun — and it shows in the final product:
