Man, 2016 has really been a hellish year, hasn’t it? There has, however, been some pretty good music, and now that December is fast approaching, folks are starting to produce their “Best of” lists. The music streaming service Pandora revealed its top 100 songs for the year on Wednesday morning, and it’s not a bad bunch of tracks.

It is not, importantly, a list of the 100 best songs of 2016. Pandora’s “Top Thumb Hundred” is a ranking of the 100 most “thumbed-up” songs of the year. So, it’s less of a holistic examination of the year in music so much as it’s the tastes and base preferences for one streaming site’s user base. Still — there are worse lists (even if Chance the Rapper’s Coloring Book got shafted by the good people who listen to Pandora).

Drake dominated the list, making 14 appearances, while Future took the No. 2 slot with eight appearances on the list. Almost half of the list (42 tracks) were hip hop, while 29 songs were pop.

Check out the list below, although it’s disgusting that it excludes the True Number One Song Of The Year 2016: “Store,” off of Carly Rae Jepsen’s extras album E•MO•TION: Side B. Don’t @ me.
