The Brief Teaser for the 'Warcraft' Trailer Is Actually Stacked With Action
The 15-second 'Warcraft' teaser for the full-trailer is worth watching on its own.
In the current age of tentpole movies, bite-sized “trailers” (teasers, really) that advertise the full-length trailer that advertise the full-length movie is a common thing to expect. What isn’t expected is how packed the teasers could be, which makes Legendary’s Warcraft teaser worth watching.
Giant wolves! Mountains and lightning! Bustling cities in auburn colors!
Warcraft will inevitably be full of Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings and Hobbit vibes, seen in the big, sweeping shots of armies and warriors riding hella big birds.
There isn’t a clear look at the allegedly good-looking Orcs (led by good-looking Robert Kazinsky), but you do see some of them stomping on snow and looking longingly at the horizon.
The full Warcraft trailer comes out Friday, and the full Warcraft movie, directed by Duncan Jones, comes out June 10, 2016.
