'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Just Made Instagram Landscape Lit

Instagram has just introduced landscape and portrait formats, ensuring you’ll never crop out your friends on the far edge of a selfie again. From their blog:

Now, when choosing a photo or video, you can tap the format icon to adjust the orientation to portrait or landscape instead of square. Once you share the photo, the full-sized version of it will appear to all of your followers in feed in a beautiful, natural way.

And what better way to show off beautiful, natural photography in action than with a Hollywood science fiction movie? Lucasfilm jumped on the new feature and dropped this 15-second preview of The Force Awakens, coming this December.

In a literal sense, Star Wars is lit.
