We’re not here to kink shame, but man, American porn viewers are into some scary shit. As well they should be, because it’s Halloween season! The porn website Redtube released a map of what Halloween costume each state most likes to see in their October porn, and there are a couple of big superhero fans trying to get their rocks off.
According to the data (which we don’t even want to think about how they obtained), Batman was the most searched for costume in Illinois and New Mexico compared to other states. Montana and South Carolina got their senses tingling with Spider-Man, while Alabama went for Suicide Squad breakout character Harley Quinn.
Maine and Pennsylvania searched for Batgirl and Supergirl, respectively, which seems, questionable to say the least. (Though one imagines porn viewers don’t care too much about the problematic implications of The Killing Joke and its infamous sex scene, for instance.)
Other states searched for classic costumes, including the always sexy vampire. A few search for zombies, which, hmm. The folks in Minnesota apparently don’t have any imagination, since Redtube says they just searched for “slutty costume.”
New Jersey, meanwhile, searched for “costume orgy,” which raises a lot of questions.

Spandex fetishes are one of the more widely known fetishes out there, so it only makes sense that some people would want to incorporate tight superhero suits into their porn, especially since superheroes are the biggest thing in pop culture at the moment.
