MCU Fans Can't Find Ant-Man in the 'Infinity War' Poster

It's like 'Where's Waldo?' if Waldo were half an inch tall and nonexistent.

Either Scott Lang has made a grave mistake, or Ant-Man has been totally snubbed. Marvel unveiled the first official poster for the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War during 2017’s San Diego Comic-Con, and while most fans were blown away by the poster’s attention to detail, some were torn up that a favorite character of theirs didn’t make an appearance.

No one can find Scott Lang’s Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) in the Infinity War poster, and MCU fans aren’t taking it too well.

While Ant-Man’s run in the Marvel Cinematic Universe hasn’t been as long as, say, Chris Evans’s Captain America or Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man, he’s definitely a fan-favorite as both a father and an utter goofball. He’s already set for a standalone sequel, Ant-Man and the Wasp, in 2018, so we know he’s not going to be killed off if the timeline remains intact.

Most importantly, Rudd’s Ant-Man is officially listed as being part of the Infinity War cast on IMDb. So what gives?

But some jokers have photoshopped Scott into the picture, placing him on Tony Stark’s left shoulder, right in front of Gamora.

The photoshopped posters have a lot of people online wondering what’s real. What is the truth? Is nothing sacred?

How dare Marvel disrespect Scott this way.

Avengers: Infinity War is set to premiere in theaters on May 4, 2018.
