Every new Overwatch Anniversary 2021 skin, ranked

Blizzard is celebrating Overwatch’s fifth birthday with a host of new skins and challenges, just like it has for previous anniversaries.

Players can snag seasonal skins from previous events during the anniversary bash from May 18 to June 8, but the real prize is a set of brand-new Legendary and Epic skins.

This wretched rodent admittedly looks cuter than usual in a tiny tux. Compared to how wild Blizzard went with some of this year’s skins, the pool shark theme comes up a little short.

Junkrat’s Candyland cosplay is certainly creative, but looking at it for too long might give you a headache (or at least a toothache).

As an ordinary skin, this would be a great take on Ana. It’s a little dull for a celebratory anniversary skin, however, and doesn’t do much with the cyberpunk theme.

The thought of this armored Doomfist diving into battle is enough to give any healer nightmares. It’s not as flashy as some of the other anniversary skins, but it sure sends a message.

Echo’s multicolored tropical skin may not be the best tactical decision, but the audacious design does a great job of adapting to the theme without breaking the character’s silhouette.

Moira’s heal-and-harm playstyle makes a botanical theme a perfect fit, and little details like the thorny greaves and flower on her palm take this Poison Ivy-inspired look to the next level.

Speaking of Batman villains, Sombra’s kinky Catwoman outfit is one of the best skins of this anniversary event. It doesn’t just look great either. Its color scheme and cat burglar theme make it feel like a twist on Sombra’s core aesthetic.

Finally, someone got the message that this is supposed to be a party. From the shades to the afro, the “GRVY” belt buckle to the healer necklace, this skin will single-handedly turn a lot of players into Baptiste mains.
