These seven eye-catching games are coming to Xbox One, Series X, and Series S.

1. Sam and Max Save the World Remastered

This classic adventure game from Telltale got a new lease on life with a remaster. The news that it’s now available on Xbox was one of the showcase’s biggest surprises.

This adventure game follows the private investigators as they investigate a series of hypnotism-related crimes.

2. Aeon Drive

This cyberpunk platformer puts an emphasis on speedrunning. Players can work together and bend time and space as they make their way through Neo Barcelona.

If that premise intrigues you, a demo is now available on the Microsoft Store. The full game will be released this fall.

3. Library of Ruina

In this card-based RPG, you’ll engage in strategic battles to add books to your collection.

It’s available now on Xbox Game Pass.

4. OlliOlli World

This 2D skateboarding game takes place in a wacky world, and is easy to pick up but hard to master. It can run at 120 FPS on Xbox Series X.

5. The Big Con

This indie game is a loving tribute to the 1990s in both style and substance, as players work to save their family’s struggling video store.

The Big Con will be released on August 31, 2021.

Play if you like the 1990s, point-and-click adventures.

7. Lab Rat

A rogue A.I. called S.A.R.A slowly goes insane and forces players to complete a series of increasingly different puzzles in this game.

Play if you like: Portal, Baba is You

In a year where major AAA titles keep getting delayed, these indie games will deliver on unique new experiences we can’t find anywhere else.
