During the State of Play event on March 9, Sony revealed our first look at the new fighting game inspired by the action-packed anime and manga series.

Here are 8 mind-blowing images from the game.

First introduced in 1987 and adapted to anime in 2012, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is best known for its charismatic cast of heroes.

The series has inspired countless memes, thanks to its ensemble cast’s unforgettable catchphrases and over-the-top martial arts moves.

The roster will feature 50 characters from across the franchise.

That means heroes from different universes will interact for the first time, including Jonathan Joestar, DIO, Jotaro Kujo and Jolyne Cujoh.

The main mode, All-Star Battle Mode, features classic clashes and all-new battles, offering more than 100 different showdowns for players to experience.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R is slated for release on consoles and PC in fall 2022.
