7 images of Exoprimal, the heir apparent to Dino Crisis

During Sony’s March 2022 State of Play, Capcom revealed Exoprimal, a new team-based action game that takes in the year 2040.

The game focuses on cooperative and competitive matches wherein players must battle it out against deadly dinosaurs.

Players wear Exosuits, giving them special abilities such as flight and super-strength.

There are various classes to choose from, including Deadeye, which leans into marksman combat, or Zephyr, prioritizing melee.

Players will always be outnumbered by swarms of dinosaurs at any given time.

It’s up to you and your squad to work together against the endless waves of dinosaurs. You can swap Exosuits at any time, changing up your strategy on the fly.

Here, we see a character utilizing an Exosuit to combat the deadly dinosaur outbreak.

Along with fast-paced gameplay, Exoprimal will lean into a rich narrative as well, despite being focused on multiplayer.

But above all else, the deadly dinosaurs are the stars of the show, including a massive T. rex, as shown in the trailer.

Exoprimal is headed to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in 2023.
