Kanye and Adidas start 2021 with the rare Yeezy 380 'Yecoraite RF'

The reflective sneaker is only dropping in Asia Pacific and Japan.

A Yeezy 380 silhouette called "Yecoraite RF"

Adidas and Kanye West are ringing in the new year with a fresh color of their Yeezy 380 silhouette, dubbed "Yecoraite RF," which will be available exclusively in Asia Pacific and Japan on January 16.

It will come in adult ($250), kids ($170), and infant sizes ($150), so the whole family can get a pair — if you're feeling it, anyhow.

Of course, since the Yecoraite RF Yeezy 380 is a regional drop, it does mean that if you live in the U.S. your best chance to get the sneaker will be through a resale app like GOAT.

That is, unless you can find a proxy in Japan who can try to get it for you and ship it to you.

To complement the multi-toned Primeknit upper on the sock-like design, the Yeezy 380 Yecoraite RF features no-tie stretch laces that make it easier to take the shoe on and off.

And, as with most Adidas Yeezys, the 380 Yecoraite RF also sports a full-length Boost midsole that gives it the ultimate cushioning sensation. Seriously, if you've ever put on a sneaker with Boost tech, you'll know it feels as if every step you take is landing on a super soft pillow.

2019

The year Adidas launched its first Yeezy 380.

If you're familiar with Adidas' Yeezy line, you'll know that any pair with "RF" in its name comes with a reflective upper, as is the case with the 380 Yecoraite.

Here's what they look like when you take a picture of them with the flash on — boom, sparkles everywhere.

There will be more Yeezy 380s to come in 2021, but for now, the Yecoraite RF is a solid start for Adidas and Kanye.
