Huge leak shows off Beats Fit Pro earbuds

If you thought Apple was done announcing new products, think again. Apple-owned Beats is planning to release a new pair of earbuds, according to rumors reported by 9to5Mac. They’ll reportedly be added to Apple’s audio lineup with the just-released AirPods 3, which will sit right in the middle of the last-gen AirPods 2 and the elite AirPods Pro.
While not every detail has been uncovered, specs and images have leaked out. Design-wise the Beats Fit Pro features prominent wings, a feature that should appeal to you if you plan on working out in them. Besides the wing, the buds actually resemble the Beats Studio Buds, which were released this year. If these earbuds are anything like the $150 Beats Studio Buds, we may have another winner.

Clammed up
The case, on the other hand, appears to sport a clamshell design similar to that of the OnePlus Buds Pro or Galaxy Buds 2. 9to5Mac’s report makes a comparison to the Beats Powerbeats Pro case, though it’s hard to tell how the case will look like, considering we’ve only seen the side profile.
How the earbuds look is just the tip of the iceberg, as the report points to several eyebrow-raising specs.
Fitting in
According to rumors, you can expect noise cancellation on the new Beats Fit Pro. Apparently, the earbuds will have the H1 Apple chip, which facilitates faster pairing to Apple devices, as well as “Hey Siri” compatibility, and also enables Apple’s Adaptive EQ. Android users aren’t being left out, with features such as custom controls, quick pairing, and battery levels allegedly available through Beats’ Android app.
Kardashian-approved
Though the earbuds have yet to drop, Kim Kardashian has been spotted in Los Angeles wearing the earbuds in the purple colorway, lending a lot of credibility to rumors regarding the imminent launch of the Beats Fit Pro.
