Fan artists are running wild with 'Resident Evil's' new 9-foot villain

James Pero Feb. 3, 2021 Gaming If fan art is any indication, Capcom's towering vampire lady is a new favorite in the 'Resident Evil' franchise.

In fact, Lady Dimitrescu, whose name was revealed by Capcom last month, has garnered so much attention that Resident Evil Village' s art director Tomonori Takano has already released a statement highlighting at least one fixation amongst fans – her height.

9' 6" According to Takano, Lady Dimitrescu is... quite large.

For proof that Lady Dimitrescu is larger than life, one doesn't need corroboration from Takano, however. A quick glance at Reddit's robust fan art community says it all.

While we won't know everything about Lady Dimitrescu until Resident Evil Village is released in May, she has a few defining features (height aside), including some pretty gnarly claws which have, unsurprisingly, also caught the attention of fan artists.

Dimitrescu also has several minions (her "daughters") whom, according to the Resident Evil Village official Fandom page, were all mutated as part of her own plan in the 1950s.
