Solar Team Eindhoven is a team of 22 engineering students from the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands, focused on creating a more sustainable future through the production of various solar-powered vehicles.

Through its solar panels on the roof, Stella Vita does not require charging stations and is able to generate enough energy for users to drive it, shower, watch TV, charge electronic devices and even brew coffee.

Stella Vita is yet another entry into the student group’s line of solar vehicles that includes Stella Era — a self-driving meant for families — and Stella Vie, the first street-legal solar-powered sedan.

Solar Team Eindhoven plans on taking Stella Vita on a cross-country trip from Eindhoven to the southernmost tip of Spain to demonstrate the possibilities of sustainable travel.
