Fresh off airing its first Super Bowl campaign, Polestar is giving a glimpse of its potential future, with the introduction of a new concept car named the O2, an electric convertible with its own integrated drone.

Yes, the O2 is supposed to house a cinematic drone that can operate autonomously and can lift off/land while the car is in motion.Polestar

While detailed specs are not available yet, the O2’s body will be made from “different grades of anodised aluminum” according to Polestar. The stiff platform will apparently allow for a dynamic riding experience and “minimal body roll.”

“The O2 is proof you can take the right steps toward sustainability, and at the same time create highly desirable products.”

As far as the interior goes, the O2 features an infotainment system that functions like a memory foam pillow, adapting to driver movements, and is comprised of “woven flax panels, 3D knit upholstery, and other sustainable materials.”
